Ignite Life & Love was born from a deeply personal journey and a passionate desire to empower women over 45 to live their most vibrant lives, alcohol-free. I’ve experienced firsthand the transformation possible when we step away from the crutch of alcohol and embrace a life of full potential. My mission is to help women transcend the conventional “get well” scripts, encouraging them to pursue everything they desire and deserve—from fulfilling careers to enriching personal relationships.
Inspired by my late mother, who always put others before herself and ultimately found limited opportunities in her later years, I am dedicated to creating a space that honors and uplifts. Ignite Life & Love challenges social norms that expect women in midlife to settle into traditional roles, such as acting as grandmothers or caregivers, instead of seeking adventure and fun. We encourage women to explore life’s possibilities beyond societal expectations, showing that you don’t need to partake in ‘party culture’ to be exciting or fulfilled.
My mother’s legacy taught me that we are always enough, lovable, and worthy of love, and I want to share this belief with every client. At Ignite, we believe self-care isn’t selfish and pursuing authenticity is powerful. Together, let’s create lives filled with passion and purpose, where every woman understands her worth and pursues her dreams, whatever they may be.

The Ignite Life & Love logo isn’t merely an emblem; it’s a tribute to femininity, purity, and a life brimming with vitality and connection—core values of our mission.
Lotus Flower: At the heart of our logo lies the lotus, symbolizing femininity and purity. It’s a reminder that renewal and growth are always possible.
Leaves: Representing life, the leaves signify the flourishing paths we create as we embark on personal journeys of growth and fulfillment.
Heart & Flame: Petals unfold into a heart, symbolizing love and the deep connections we foster. The subtle flame captures the essence of “Ignite,” sparking the vibrant, transformative power of making good matches in love and friendship.
Aegean Teal: This color, synonymous with my happy place—meditating on a Greek Island beach—embodies adventure and the joy of solo travel, urging clients to explore their own paths of self-discovery.
Fonts: The “Ignite” beau vert color represents grounding balance, while “Life & Love” in an eccentric font speaks to being uniquely you, celebrating individuality throughout life’s journey.
Colors & Community: The hues of our logo are inspired by my beloved dog Bernie’s collar, symbolizing family and community. Just as Bernie is a cherished part of my life, so too do we encourage building nurturing communities.

With a Master’s in Social Psychology and 25 years of experience as a tech recruiter, I have honed my expertise in personal transformation and connecting individuals. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Sober Life Coach, my passion lies in empowering others to live authentically and embrace their true potential.
My transformative journey began a decade ago with a diagnosis of hemochromatosis, which led me to adopt an alcohol-free lifestyle and ultimately create Ignite Life & Love. Now celebrating eight years of sobriety, I have discovered profound joy and freedom through self-acceptance and cultural exploration as a solo traveler.
Living gluten and dairy-free, I have passionately explored and uncovered a wealth of unique and interesting options in the vibrant community of Costa Mesa that support a dynamic, alcohol-free lifestyle. As a devoted foodie and mocktail enthusiast, I delight in discovering local culinary gems that cater to my dietary preferences. Sharing an active lifestyle with my mini Bernedoodle, Bernie, I thrive in all the outdoor activities that the neighboring beach cities offer. As a proud member of the New Directions for Women alumni network, I am dedicated to supporting others on their sobriety journey, proving that life can be full, flavorful, and fulfilling when you seek healthier options.

- Successfully motivated a client to participate in Dry January, inspiring them to continue their sobriety journey into February and beyond.
- Empowered a 55-year-old, newly divorced woman to confidently advocate for herself, leading to her attainment of a well-deserved Director title within her organization.
- Provided dedicated coaching to a client struggling with sobriety, who triumphantly celebrated three years of being alcohol-free in July 2025.
